It has been my privilege and honor to serve as the Chief of Police for the Panama City Police Department since 2004. I am proud of each member of this agency and the work they perform daily.

Although I have been a part of this agency since 1983, it seems like only yesterday that I started my law enforcement journey. I have had a host of opportunities with this fine and professional agency and for that I am eternally grateful.

I am often complimented on the job the professional men and women of this department do. Those compliments, although told to me, are but a reflection of the customer-minded personnel that make this agency what it is.

It is because of them and their fair and lawful approach to any situation facing our wonderful citizenry that keeps me looking forward to continuing my service.
