Professional Services Section

Major Kathy Rausa is the Professional Services Major. She is tasked with maintaining the department's level of professionalism and accreditation. Major Rausa is responsible for all areas of procedural compliance. Major Rausa is also tasked with the supervision of Code Enforcement Officers and CRA officers.

Major Rausa is responsible for overseeing the following departmental units.

• Fleet Maintenance and Grants Management
• Explorer Program
