The Panama City Police Department's Website is committed to providing convenient access to government information and services. To facilitate online financial transactions the Police Department has established an E-Commerce service. The Panama City Police Department's E-Commerce services are optional and are just one method of conducting business with the Police Department. You may continue to use traditional methods, such as the U.S. Mail or visiting the Police Department in person. The choice is yours. Online Payment Services The Panama City Police Department offers you easy access and instant credit card or electronic check payment for fines or services. Pay your alarm fine, parking citation or code enforcement lien online using your check or either Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. There will be a small convenience fee assessed to use the online service.

Pay On-Line - at www.panamacitypolice.com using Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or E-Check. NOTE: Use link below! Pay By Telephone - using Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or E-Check. Your E-Check telephone payment information will be electronically truncated and processed under strict security parameters and under the rules of NACHA. In Person - at 1209 E. 15th Street. Using check, cash, Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Mail Panama City Police Dept., Attn: Records, 1209 E. 15th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 Convenience Fee - Not Tax Dollars The Police Department's E-Commerce services use a self-supporting private business, that provides not only for enhancements and customer support of existing services, but also expansion to new online services. This is accomplished without using tax dollars.

The Police Department's E-Commerce services are supported through convenience fees assessed only to the users of the services.

For Credit Card Payments up to $46.30 - the convenience fee is $1.50.

For Credit Card Payments over $46.30 - the convenience fee is 3.25% of the total charge.

For E-Check Payments of any amount - the convenience fee is a fixed charge of $1.50.

A private company, CollectorSolutions, Inc. to support the operation and continued development of future services, retains the transaction fees.

Your payment will be processed at the close of the business day. (If you pay your bill on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed at the end of the next business day).
