The Panama City Police Department announces an additional charge has been filed against Nicky Licole Sanders, 29 years of age. Sanders is being charged with Child Abuse in addition to the Fleeing Attempting To Elude and Leaving The Scene Of A Crash With Property Damage. All those charges are related to today's hit and run traffic crash. Detectives with the Panama City Police Department Criminal Investigations Section were notified of the crash when an infant child was discovered in the vehicle. Detectives conducted an investigation and the above mentioned additional charge was filed.
