The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Brian Laurence Vice, 27 years of age. Vice is being charged with Grand Theft. The arrest comes after a report was filed by the victim. Vice was the Manager of the McDonald's restaurant located at 3608 W. Highway 98. A report was filed in reference to a missing deposit that was valued at $1,420.00 dollars. Detectives with the Panama City Police Department conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Vice. Vice was arrested on April 22, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. without incident.
