The Panama City Police Department would like to announce that the downtown Panama City Marina Civic Center has been designated as a staging area for oil spill clean-up and/or containment efforts. As such, the boat ramp and parking area adjacent to the Marina Civic Center will be closed beginning May 6, 2010 and lasting until further notice. We would like to thank the public in advance for their cooperation and understanding.
