The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Tyrone Russ, 32 years of age and Mattie Faye Casey, 54 years of age. Russ is being charged with three (3) counts of Possession Of Marijuana With Intent To Distribute, three (3) counts of the Sell Of Marijuana, one count of Felon In Possession Of A Firearm, one count of Felon In Possession Of Ammunition, one count of Possession of Cocaine With Intent To Distribute, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count of Keeping And/Or Maintaining A Public Nuisance Drug House. Casey was charged with one count of Trafficking In Hydrocodone and one count of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. On May 5, 2010 a search warrant was served at 605 East 7th Place Apartment “C” based on information and an investigation that was conducted by members of the Special Investigation Unit of the Panama City Police Department. Russ and Casey were located on the property and were arrested and charged in reference to the above listed crimes.
