The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Jane Burgess, 61 years of age. Burgess is being charged with Principle To Burglary. Detectives with the Panama City Police Department investigated a burglary that occurred at 2051 Lisenby Avenue. Burgess stood by outside the residence while another individual entered the residence and stole multiple items including a dog, medications, a watch and currency. Detectives are continuing to look for the primary suspect in the case. Burgess was arrested at approximately 10:20 A. M on May 11, 2010.
