
The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of three (3) individuals in connection with a drug investigation. The following people were arrested as a result of the investigation and search warrant.
Narda J. Farmer, 27 years of age, charged with felon in Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure To Register As A Convicted Felon, Possession Of Crack Cocaine With Intent To Distribute, and being a Fugitive From Justice.
Derrick R. Marshall, 32 years of age, charged with Failure To Register As A Convicted Felon.
Venessa R. Thomas, 22 years of age, charged with Tampering With Evidence.
On May 10th 2010 a search warrant was served at a residence located at 1515 Foster Avenue by Narcotics Investigators with the Panama City Police Department. During the search of the premises Investigators located approximately 5.8 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. All of the above mentioned defendants are from Albany Georgia. Farmer has a warrant in Georgia and will be held until he is extradited. Marshall also had a warrant but Georgia had a no extradition clause attached to the warrant.
