The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Joshua Lee Belosic, 15 years of age, John Leroy Belosic, 13 years of age and Angel N. Peralta, 21 years of age. Both juveniles are being charged with one count of Burglary To An Unoccupied Structure and one count of Dealing In Stolen Property. Peralta is being charged with Dealing In Stolen Property.
Detectives with the Panama City Police Department conducted an investigation in to the burglary that occurred at a residence on West 19th Street. During the course of the investigation the juveniles were developed as suspects. Detectives learned the pair stole a Playstation 3, cellphone, video games and beer. The pair then sold the property to Peralta for $50.00. The property was valued at over $700.00 dollars and all of the property was recovered. The juveniles were arrested on May 13, 2010 at approximately 10:30 A.M. Peralta was arrested on May 14, 2010 at approximately 1:15 P.M.
