The Panama City Police Department is investigating a Sexual Battery of a 6 year old Child and is requesting assistance from the community. The crime occurred on or about May 10th , 2010 when Victor Hernandez Hernandez allegedly committed the sexual battery on a 6 year old child. Hernandez is believed to be an illegal alien from Mexico. He is described as being an Hispanic, Male, 27 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighing approximately 185 pounds. Hernandez has brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was in the Panama City area however, it is possible that he has fled the area or returned to Mexico. An arrest warrant has been obtained for the arrest of Hernandez.
