The Panama City Police Department would like to announce that the downtown Panama City Marina boat ramp will be re-opened at midnight on May 22nd , 2010. The boat ramp may be used to launch boats as it was prior to the May 6th 2010 closing. Parking for vehicles and trailers will be on the North and East sides of the Marina Civic Center. A staging area for oil spill clean-upand/or containment efforts is still present and will be fenced or barricaded. Please do not enter the fenced or barricaded area. As a reminder the area may be congested as boats utilize the ramp. We would like to thank the public in advance for their cooperation and understanding.
