The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Mark David Sailors, 45 years of age. Sailors is being charged with Burglary. It is believed that on July 14, 2010 Sailors entered into a vehicle located in the 1500 block of Foster Avenue. Once inside the vehicle he reportedly stole a cell phone, 27 dollars in cash and jewelry valued at $400.00. Sailors was observed committing the offense by the victim who was able to flag down an Officer on patrol in the area. Sailors was located a short distance from the area with the stolen items in his possession. Sailors was arrested without incident on July 14, 2010 at approximately 11:30 A.M.
